The living room is furnished with couches and ottoman, Smart TV for your viewing pleasure when not out an adventure, two beautiful bedrooms (king- and queen-sized beds) with luxury bedding, sitting areas, full-size kitchen, laundry (washer & dryer), bathroom with shower (soft water) and high speed internet (wifi included). NO CABLE.  ONLY steps to enter the Guesthouse.  NO PETS, or PARTIES and NO SMOKING.

We’ve tried hard to make our rooming house your home away from home! The upper suite rental stay is great for a weekend getaway or drop-in. It’s also great for a stay during the week for a few nights if you are in town for business. As a short-term rental we offer a variety of amenities that make it feel like home yet pampered enough that you don’t have to take care of everything yourself. While you stay at our Guesthouse enjoy the following amenities:

  • 2 bedrooms (king- and queen- sized beds)
  • Living quarters with 2 couches, ottoman and smart TV
  • Bathroom with Shower (soft water)
  • Full Kitchen & Dinner Table
  • Laundry Room (washer & dryer)

Up to 2 additional guests at additional cost per night at check out.

Cancellation fee of $25/night booked, with 48 hours or less notice.

ADDITIONAL GUESTHOUSE RENTAL INFORMATION & AMENITIES

  • Check-in is at 3:00pm and check-out is 11:00am unless arrangements are made prior.
  • There is absolutely no smoking or pets in or on the property.
  • There are only steps to get up to the upper suite Guesthouse.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to arrival are asked to pay $25.00 cancellations fee.
  • Stay at Fort Guesthouse Plus is acknowledged and understood that it is temporary and not a tenant stay.

  • Return the Guesthouse in the same condition as arrival. Cleaning fee charged for weekly and monthly stays.
  • We take care of cleaning and washing all linens including bedding and towels after your stay.
  • We have a washer & dryer available for your convenience. Laundry soap is available.
  • Shampoo/Conditioner, dishwasher, hand soap, towels (ONE set per person) are also provided.
  • Free wifi available.
  • Smart TV is available, no cable or dish but feel free to use your personal login to stream your favorite shows.
